In Nature (Dunes or Beach): Experience deeply grounding, outdoor mindfulness and walking coaching amidst the beautiful sand dunes and beach surroundings of Haarlem, Overveen, Bloemendaal, and Zandvoort.

 

Dedicated Studio Spaces (For Groups & Projects):

Available upon request for specific group trainings, workshops, or longer team projects. We arrange calm, private indoor environments located in central Haarlem and the nearby surroundings when the format calls for it.

Hi, I'm so glad you're here. I am Vanessa and my goal at Smiling Minds Club is to empower you to move past just "getting through the day" and guide you toward living life more fully and consciously.

 

At the core of everything I do is a deep belief: you already carry all the strength and answers you need within yourself. My role isn't to change who you are, but to help you re-learn how to listen to that inner wisdom.

 

With a background in Psychology, my additional credentials as a Certified Yoga Teacher, and official dual registrations in both the VMBN and the Mindfulness Register, I blend science-backed knowledge with practical mind-body practices to support your unique journey.
