The Mindful Parenting Training is suitable for parents of children of all ages. The goal is to support parents in their parenting. Parents are trained to become aware of their own parenting style
and how they deal with stressful situations. We cultivate calm and acceptance and a nonjudgmental attitude towards ourselves and others. No-one will tell you how to parent or not to parent.
The Mindful Parenting Training consists of eight live online sessions and you will be given exercises to practise at home. The training is only for the parents, the children are not directly involved in the training itself.
Although you might experience this training as intense, Smiling Minds Club brings lots of warmth to this training and makes it applicable in daily life. The training sessions are a moment of quality me-time during your busy days as a parent.

In order to join this online training you need to have a stable internet connection.
Signing up includes filling in an intake form which is followed by a short pre-class interview via Zoom.
For any Mindfulness sessions – training or coaching – it is important to know that I am a VMBN registered Mindfulness trainer (category 1, highest certification for Mindfulness trainers in the Netherlands).
Therefore, most Dutch health insurances partially reimburse the costs of these Mindfulness sessions.
It is also possible to follow this training individually, with your partner a friend or family member.
