This session’s theme: „A new habit – yes, I can do it!“

 

 We are almost one month in into 2020 – how is it going with your New Year’s resolutions?

 

Do you also find it hard to start and actually go on with a new habit/behaviour? Just think of simple things, like flossing your teeth, a weekly walk or going back to the gym. Yes, most of the time we do succeed for a few days, maybe even weeks… and then, suddenly: new habit, which new habit?! Gone! …as if you had never even started.

 

So, what if I told you that it depends on the technique how to start and go on with your new habit? Believe me, change is possible! For everyone! Yes, CHANGE IS POSSIBLE – ALSO FOR YOU!

 

What we will do:

We will practise a simple mindfulness meditation in order to arrive in the moment, just to be a bit more in the ‘here and now’. No mindfulness experience required.

After this you will learn a technique how to start and sustain a new habit in your daily life. And, no, nothing weird, no woo woo, you will go home knowing a scientifically proven technique which you can apply in order to implement change.

Curious? Then come and join us for this Mindfulness / Life Coaching session “SHARE YOUR HAPPINESS”.

We will practise a simple mindfulness meditation in order to arrive in the moment, just to be a bit more in the ‘here and now’. After this we will do an exercise together that has been scientifically proven to alter your own and someone else’s feeling of happiness. Nothing weird, no woo woo – a simple pen and paper, your own curiosity and the motivation to write something down will do the trick ;-)

No mindfulness experience necessary in order to join!
