Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

Curious about mindfulness but not quite sure what it involves — or whether it is for you?

 

In a relaxed setting, you will:

- Learn what mindfulness is (and what it is not)

- Experience a guided mindfulness meditation

- Practise a simple exercise you can use in everyday life

- Have time to ask questions

 

No previous experience required.
