You may have heard about mindfulness, but don't quite know what it is about or how it might benefit to you. Maybe you are interested in an 8-week Mindfulness Training but you still have doubts to sign up?
An Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop is an ideal way of getting a taste of mindfulness, to actually experience mindfulness in the moment.
During this workshop you will be given more information on mindfulness. We will practice some simple mindfulness meditation. We will also practice a short mindfulness exercise which you will be able to apply in your everyday life.
There will be time to ask questions.
No previous experience required.
