Bea:
"I participated the Mindfulness with your baby course and loved it! Vanessa is a wonderful trainer with a lot of experience and brings calmness and support in all ways. The course itself is very useful, even though our lives are busy with babi(es). :) I was lost and lonely in so many ways, and via the training I realized, I'm not alone and got great tips and exercises for all situations. Also I loved that I met with like-minded mothers and their babies on the course. We connected well and I feel our friendships will go beyond.
Thank You Vanessa and All!"

It is important to note that this course is officially structured as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training.
Because it meets these specific clinical criteria and I am a VMBN and Mindfulness Register registered trainer with an active AGB code (the highest level of certification for mindfulness professionals in the Netherlands), most Dutch health insurance providers partially or fully reimburse the costs of the training.
Reimbursement for this Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training usually falls under the supplementary insurance package (aanvullende verzekering). I highly recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to see the specific coverage and reimbursement rules available under your health plan.
