Treat yourself to a Mindfulness Mini Retreat

You will spend this morning in silence and will be guided through mindfulness meditation exercises. After the final exercise you are welcome to leave in silence or to stay in order to share or ask questions about your experience. This morning offers a safe space to deepen your own practice. Although being a bit anxious first, the participants who have joined this Mindfulness Morning appreciated this 'quality-time' and experienced inner calmness when leaving this morning session.

In order to join this Mindfulness Morning some meditation or mindfulness experience is required. As you will spend the morning in silence there will be no possibility to ask questions until the end of this morning.

What to bring: There will be tea, cookies and fruits. You are welcome to bring your own snacks if you like. There are yoga mats, meditation pillows and blankets. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes that do not sit tight around the belly. An extra pair of warm socks is always recommended.
